Right now we have Hammer from Temple Of Seasons and Broadsword from shop(after Temple).
I've done some testing with damage output and here is some facts:
If you use normal attacks Hammer does more damage then Broadsword,which means Berserker Style is more viable with Hammer.But if you use any other build(slam,whirlslash) that 15 damage doesnt change anything at all.
Test done with Hard Mode Giga Slime:
Normal attacks:
Hammer 5-7 hits to kill(Based on crit proc).
Broadsword 7-9 hits to kill(based on crit proc).
Heroic Slam:
Hammer oneshot(it means slam was used for once) to kill
Broadsword oneshot to kill
GUN-D4M:
Normal Attacks
Havent tested yet
Heroic Slam:
Both kills hard mode GUN-D4M in 2 shots
Phaseman:
Same as GUN-D4M.
- That means if you are not so lucky and playing with Slam,you still can use Broadsword instead of hammer.
