Boar card

Okay, this is driving me crazy. I want to know what the effect of the boar card is, but I can't find it ANYWHERE, I've been searching for over an hour now. Could anyone please tell me?

if you get level 9 rock spike and blue rings you can 1 shot them makeing it easyer to grind them

but yah its 50% fastermoving when charging

its very useful
