Card Game?

There is a man next to the Hat shop. My question is: will this be a minigame like FFVIII? I would love to play it and get some cool Items! Maybe even a "Deck of Cards" 1H Weapon?

We've planned to have some kind of card game (that's indeed why he's there in the first place), but it's not our highest priority at this time so we'll see when it appears properly
