[Co-op] Vine grab consistency

In online co-op, I ran into a situation where a Halloweed grabbed my partner with their vine bind attack in the very same moment I killed it. Because the halloweed died faster on the server's end, the vines did not register as having appeared at all, but on the partner's end they were permanently bound by an enemy which no longer exists.

Recommend making vine binds automatically disappear if the enemy who inflicted them dies? Unless you're supposed to be able to hit your allies out of the bind to free them, in which case that wasn't registering properly since the server could not see them as bound...

Either way, it was a game-breaking encounter which could only be resolved by reconnecting.
