[Crash] Festival quest problem.

Version: Frontline
Problem: I finished the 'Festival!' quest and it won't let me progress forward through the story. when I go to the lab in Colletors HQ it shows the cutscene where Ivy is talking to the Amulet and Gauntlet and then the blue ! appears in the wall and I can't progress out of the room. Also when I quit and re-enter and go talk to Dad the game crashes so now I'm stuck in the festival bit forever. So I need to make a new character and stuff but I wanna know if this can be fixed so I can continue forward more.

I experienced a similiar issue with a character locked inside the festival. Apparently, for others, typing /festivalreset in chat (enter) will restart the festival for you, which might work.
