[Gameplay] Emblem of faith glitch

So I just beat the giant worm boss and I'm suppose to watch the cut scene of Tessen and her brother arguing in her house, but instead Its just her brother in the house saying Tessen isn't here yet. In the guide video when I walk into Tessen's house a cutscene is suppose to start.

Hello, I created an account because I am having the same issue and google brought me here! How do you get the Loyalty Emblem?

I beat the Worm boss, but now there is nothing I can do, nobody I can talk to to proceed the story, I'm afraid that my game is messed up. I have the Valor emblem and that's it.

The emblem of loyalty can be found in a chest in the government building on the left side of town! You'll have to figure out a way to get inside of it!
