I've noticed that Frosty Friend doesn't seem to have a damage reset cooldown. At least not from the steam in the Toy Factory.
Frosty instantly gets so many hits at the same time that he passes out just by getting hit once by a beam of steam.
I'm fully aware of the fact that he's made of snow, and snow + steam doesn't mix all that well, but i would still consider this an issue. At least for the future.
