[Gameplay] Haste procs Arcane Charge, Protect does not.

As they're both support spells, which interaction is intended?

I tested them at bronze, silver, and no charge levels - no damage bonus from any level of protect, and expected damage bonuses from Haste as if it were a normal magic spell.

I am playing on the Stable version.
