[Gameplay] Infinite Silver and Gold Points and Talent Orbs

I figured this out by messing around with the /respec and /setlevel commands.
Apparently, if spend all of your Silver, Gold and Talent Orb points, set your level to a relatively higher level using /setlevel then, refund all of the points you have using /respec, you get more points according to your setlevel. But, this is as easily fixed as it is caused, just set yourself to a lower level and refund the points. (I haven't tested the fixing part but I'm on it)

This is a non issue as most of those commands will propably be locked away for the full release.
These commands are just for making testing easier.
