Currently, attacks from Frosty Friend and Cloud Strike do not set your potion recharge speed to the increased rate, while attacking. It's possible this is intended, but it does mean that a pet/support character will basically never benefit from the increased recharge rate unless they do basic attacks simply for that purpose.

Certain attacks give very little potion bonus recovery (such as the insect swarm ticks), but the cloud is not supposed to be in that category, so it's a bug!
Are you certain about Frosty Friend's attacks not giving the bonus regen? I tested on all charge levels and it seems to speed up for me!
