He seems to loop the last bit of animation he had at the moment of killing him in co-op, something I've seen happen at least twice.

You can right-click video on Youtube and select "Show URL of current moment" (something like that) to get link for the exact time. Useful for long videos.

or you can add '&t=910' where the 910 is the time in seconds
& is used as a command
t is time
it would look like this:

If a Silver Charge plant summon seed kills him he will dance instead of falling down. Not sure if it's still the same exact bug as the OP or one related to plant seeds.
