[Gameplay/System]Steam Crashes while opening game.

Please help!
When I click play,the button looks pushed,goes dark blue.
Then steam crashes EVERYTIME.
The game doesnt even get loaded.
Im able to open any other game perfectly fine.
But as soon as I click play, it waits a sec. Then bam.
Steam crashes.
Its only with this game.Opening every other game is fine.

Which button looks dark/blue when you push it?

Try starting the game from the installation folder. (SecretsOfGrindea.exe)
\SteamLibrary\SteamApps\common\SecretsOfGrindea

I was having this happen due to a Video Crash Error. Update your drivers, back-up your SoG files, Delete local content, re-install. This should start it in window mode, atleast it did for me. Then set it to Windowed Fullscreen, not Fullscreen "Yes". You should still have all your characters, atleast I did, but I backed up the files just incase, as recommended above.
