[Gameplay/Visual] Health orb out of bounds

While I'm not sure on the specific ways health orb spawning works, one appeared out here. What I think that means is an enemy has got out there somehow? I can't seem to out of bounds clip there.

I think I had an orb spawn in the exact same location. I haven't payed too much attention to the effects, but could it have something to do with the spinsects bumping into other enemies?

Now, did you figure this out by yourself or did you just copy what Own said? (Just kidding, but he said this in the patchnotes thread for the latest patch)

Spinsects apparently knock mushrooms out of bounds, making collecting their orbs impossible and healing more difficult.
