item notifications won't stop

i thought i should let this get around but i just fought hoards of rabbits and slimes and now my item notification won't stop. perhaps it would be a good idea to make them stop when the inventory is opened. they're still going. help lol

at least they aren't annoying, but i would like to see what current items i am getting, especially since i am trying to feed my pet and just for other general reasons.

I love that function tho. I like to see the item pickup history just keep going for 20 minutes after I've stopped killing stuff.
