Multiplayer Error

Unable to switch from IP to Steam at the options page. Stuck on IP and the arrows won't change it. Please help.

I'd try validating the Steam files.
Right click Secrets of Grindea in Library list.
Select "Properties".
Select "Local Files" tab.
Select "Verify Integrity of Game Cache...".

If you happen to have downloaded the game from the Humble Bundle store, I don't think you have the option to change to a steam connection sadly
