[Noob Question] Does this game has in-game text chat - Solved / Another bug: Duplicate text charcter

As the title said guys, this game looks off the hook and i was 'bout to purchase 1 for me and my friends

But text-chating is always a big matter to our gameplay, especially this kind of rpg game, so can any1 gives some quick info about this please ?

Edit: Ok now lol both me and my friends have this weird bug
Everytime we type a random text it will double the characters, even in name creator

Like this: Hheelllloo or SSeeccrreett ooff ggrriinnddeeaa
lol this look dumb but its true and we're currently having this bug now

We tried verify and re-install but no help
