Player-Owned Housing

One of the selling points of the game for me was the promise of housing being implemented. I've only recently gotten the game, and I went back over the recent DevBlog entries, but I could find any mention of it. I seem to keep getting furniture at random points, but I'd like to know how much progress has been made on the housing system and what we know about it so far?

Quite a bit of graphics has been done, and I'm pretty sure Teddy's got a lot of the system in place too. I would refer you to the DevBlog posts from a year or so ago, but I can't seem to find any of the posts today. They were there yesterday I swear O-o

I was looking through the files and I found the housing folder and it looks like your stuff is separated into categories like chairs, tables, etc. The png's I found look pretty cool.
