Potion Trio Bug in 1.0

I'm not the host for a multiplayer session, and went to singleplayer to grind a bit. I save and exited to take a break, came back and I only have 1 potion. We're currently at 2/3 but could do the quest for the third potion. In the singleplayer save, Remedi's sprite is set to his Young form, though when I interact it pulls up his Pumpkin form in the text box.
Also, Pott keeps telling me that his uncle's in a bind and could use our help. Did I skip a flag somehow? I progressed my singleplayer save by using the catchup skip function for the quests we've done.

Any possible fixes?

Potion amount bug?

Was playing through multiplayer and got to our 3 potion unlock went onto single player and was doing the quests I have already done. I did the Yes option on the "you have already completed this quest" on Remedi's 2nd potion unlock quest. It has now locked me onto 1 potion Remedi is showing up as...
