Nope. The beta is only on steam and I'm pretty sure it will stay that way. The reason is mainly because of the easy way for the devs to update the game. Humble Bundle updates for the DRM free version has to go through a lot more steps in order for a new update to reach the players which is why the devs have decided to use steam as their beta testing platform. If I'm not mistaken I think I read that the devs will be sending a new update to the DRM free version once they've released the latest Stable update on steam which will be when the game goes live as an Early Access game on Steam.
