question regarding the /respec command

for those of you that didn't know, typing /respec in chat will reset all your skill points. I tried this on one of my characters and it feels like the talent points i got from quests did not get refunded and simply disappeared. I may be wrong though. Does the /respec command refund skill points correctly or do you lose your quest-acquired talent points?

It should give you the proper amount of talent points, even if they have been gained from a quest!

If you've gotten too few, it would count as a bug.

The amount you should have is: [level] - 1 + [completed quests with talent point reward]
