[Spectral Party Quest] Got all ghosts, but quest asks for more

Wiki says there's 11 on top of the 3 first ones. Adding the quest giver, I count 15 in this image (11+3+1)
Am I missing something?

Wiki is not up to date, unfortunately. The ghost in the bottom right is a recent addition.

I was missing Ana, got her item but apparently I hadn't picked her up!
