You're missing one last chest from the super bouncing course. They're not hard to see, 2 in the first area and 1 at the end of the second. Explore thoroughly.

You went right in the first area? Towards where 2 chests are? There's 4 in the first area, 2 in the second, as I recall.

You're missing the second piece which is off to the right of the entrance to the phase room. It is very tricky to get and took me the longest time. BTW the 3 chests you have screenshots of. Two of those were equipment and not even a piece of the Phase Resequencer.
