Currently no picture of the graphical error.
Noticed in Arcade mode, experienced a graphical error whenever we were at Critical Health, large purple translucent boxes, sometimes with black lines covering the character in a large radius. More often than not, it would be the purple boxes.
We only encountered this in Multiplayer Arcade Mode, not sure if the same problem persists in Singleplayer Arcade Mode.
EDIT 1: It does happen in Singleplayer when you drop to Critical Health.
