[Visual] Brand new character appears to start with high % completion

@Tibbysan brought this up, and I've experienced this myself as well. Having started a completely new character, only just finished talking to Dad for the first time and receiving all of my Arcade items & Valkyrie hat, this character has 72% completion.



13 seconds playtime, and that's completely accurate. No idea what's causing this, and I have no idea what to look into.

I had accidentally made it so that an area with 0 completed things automatically counted as 100 % completed.

What I had meant to do was make areas with 0 things to complete automatically count as completed!

This will get fixed with the next patch
