[Visual][Gameplay] piercing dash can go through old man

Bug: skipping grampa joe
after testing a few things out with piercing dash and using /skillpoint after using a gold charge piercing dash i went thru grampa joe and just kept going without the shield

Well, if a gold charge Piercing Dash is required to do this then I feel like we can all say that it's never going to bother anyone during a normal playthrough. Nice find though.
