I was standing very close to the wall and when he summoned the thorns, some of them spawned outside of the screen/room.

After updating to the latest frontline version and having all of my progress up to Winter in the Temple of Seasons deleted, I went back through it again to find the summer mages can summon their spikes off-screen and up onto ledges, too. I mean, yes they're magic, but I would assume they don't have game-breaking magic... right?
