I'm just uploading this here for someone on the Steam forums for whom the error sender didn't work!
The only difference is the ability to view the error locally, so it can be copy pasted.
To patch the report tool, go into the game's properties in Steam, go to Local Files, click Browse Local Files, and unzip this zip-archive into the BugReport folder (replacing the GBER.exe program)
