About final charges....

How exactly will we use final charges for spells, or obtain it, do we get it from putting more gold points or what?

Yep just put 5 gold points into the skill and it'll change to do a neat animation + more dmg, same when you go from bronze to silver charge(the change is just more subtle between them normally) just remember to charge up that skill before letting loose

No I mean't final charge, which is supposed to be after gold charge.

What? Nothing is after gold charge, if it's gold then its fully powered up already.

No, their is a planned final charge, which is supposed to be after gold charge but there is no legitimate way of obtaining it without commands.

They decided to not make final charges, as this would make too small difference between charge levels. And they would have to be too much epic (more than now), so it would add tons of work.
Final charges were removed from game (they just showed in menu) some time around talents were implemented.
