Can you kill the guardian again or no?

Im trying to get the laserr sword and i need the crystals and they drop from him i was just wondering if anybody knew if you could.

You can get the crystals from other enemies.
But no, you can not fight the Sentry multiple times.

The crystal boss is called Sentry. Guardians are the small crystal enemies around the temple, so technically you can kill them again
