Can't Install/Open the game

I tried installing the game and it stuck at INSTALLING 96% then Steam stopped installing.

The downloader showed the game is in the 'Unscheduled' category with either 'DISK WRITE ERROR' or 'MISSING DOWNLOADED FILES'

I tried pressing the retry button a couple of times / uninstall and reinstall but nothing changed

Update:

I reinstalled the game on another drive and it solved the problem above for me

But now I have a new problem, the game doesn't open

I got these two error messages after trying to open the game

That looks like you have some antivirus enabled that removes the executable! It might be that which is causing issues with the install as well. What antivirus are you running? You should try reinstalling the game again on the other drive, but before running the game, add the .exe to your antivirus as a trusted/exception file.
