[Gameplay] Arcade softlock, floor 4 exit doesn't spawn after killing boss

As the title says. I searched the forum history and couldn't find this bug. Happened two separate times on GUN-D4M and Phaseman. 2.png1.png

Enough people have had this complaint of being softlocked despite the ledge being there (in the bottom left) that Teddy really needs to pop up a magnifying glass icon there after like 5 seconds, if not immediately. It seems a number of people are going into arcade without having done story mode and have no idea you can jump off ledges.
