Sorry can't remember the name of the quest but its the quest where you deliver a turkey to the family in Seasonne. This was happening as of 0.700a whenever one person would try to turn in the quest it would prompt "Lets get everyone together first" but as soon as we got everyone in the home to turn the quest in the NPC was no-longer intractable (3 people in our party and we all tried)
As well I don't think its limited to just that quest. We had a similar bug situation happen with the Keg in the cellar in Tai. But we didn't have the keg moved yet and we were trying to collect it from the rubble. (Ya know cause drinking alcohol that's 1000 years old, what's a little dirt in it amirite?)
