So, I spent about 30 minutes to an hour collecting four crystals.
I made the weapon which for some reason made the shield so I tried it again and ended up with two shields. o^o Is anyone else having this issue? I really want the sword but I don't really wanna grind the crystals again with this glitch.

Wow, that's pretty annoying! Good find

I think I found the bug, and it happens only when you use the recipe list from inspecting an inventory item...

I'll fix this for the next patch, but if you want to craft it a third time it should work as long as you do it from the Crafting menu!
