[Gameplay] [Frontline] Winter's Guard shield using old freeze mechanic.

The Winter's Guard shield (the one that has a chance to freeze enemy if you perfect shield with it) is still using the old freeze mechanic despite it being changed in the newest patch.

Not sure if it was intentional or not, but the Yeti's and Winter still use the old freeze as well.
