Question about Boss' Cards & Skill Points

Hi,
I'm new here. I have started collecting all cards, but I have a question about boss' cards. Are they implemented in the 0.611 version of the game? According to SoG Wiki they are not, but it may be outdated info. So I would appreciate if someone who's recent with the updates could tell me.

Also, I have a question about Skill Points. Whenever I try to upgrade a NEW skill, game gives me information about spending 1 Bronze point on it, but there's no such a thing and it takes 1 point from Silver pool. Something has changed recently? Is it a remnant of previous updates?

You are probably talking about bronze charge, which tells that you can charge skill once for stronger effect.
