Tai ming Kimono

Hello.

I started a new game and missed the kimono. Reading, it says be possible to collect the item later with a vendor. My tower (the last part) is up and this guy is in the side of the tower, but is not selling the kimono.

There is another place where I can get it?

You can actually get Purple Kimono even after the time rifts close.

Check for a chest to the right of Tai Ming Inner Shrine's entrance.
