[Text] Casting speed in skill infos

Checked every skill and what I gathered to notice:

• Summon Plant - Very Slow
• Meteor - Long
• Earth Spike - Long
• Piercing Dash - Low

Every skill that have cast speed lower than medium have different text. Every skill that faster than medium called "Fast" or "Very Fast". With that I'd recommend to rename casting speed for Meteor, Earth Spike and Piercing Dash to "Slow"

I don't think that's weird. You aim the Earth Spike and the Meteor while charging it so Long is more accurate because you spend more time channeling the spell. The plant and Piercing Dash don't need to be aimed the same way so you let go as soon as you've charged them up.

I agree with Sparrows that it is confusing to have different wordings, though!

Especially piercing dash, which has a "low cast time", meaning it's actually fast

I'll unify the descriptions.
