[Visual] Multiplayer chat not keeping up

While waiting for a friend, our chat didn't keep up with the conversation. What we said appeared under the window and we had to spam to see what the other person said. See screenshot.

Oh man, I bought that chat for $2.50 at a garage sale. Should've known something was wrong! I'll replace it with one that does its job in the next patch!
